ΙΕΡΕΥΣ

Ευλογητός ο Θεός ημών, πάντοτε, νυν, και αεί, και εις τούς αιώνας των αιώνων.

Αμήν.

Άγιος ο Θεός, Άγιος ισχυρός, Άγιος Αθάνατος, ελέησον ημάς. [3]

Δόξα Πατρί και Υιώ και Αγίω Πνεύματι, και νυν και αεί και εις τους αιώνας των αιώνων. Αμήν.

Παναγία Τριάς, ελέησον ημάς. Κύριε, ιλάσθητι ταις αμαρτίαις ημών. Δέσποτα, συγχώρησον τας ανομίας ημίν. Άγιε, επίσκεψαι και ίασαι τας ασθενείας ημών, ένεκεν του ονόματος σου.  

Κύριε, ελέησον. Κύριε, ελέησον, Κύριε, ελέησον.

Δόξα Πατρί και Υιώ και Αγίω Πνεύματι, και νυν και αεί και εις τους αιώνας των αιώνων. Αμήν.

Πάτερ ημών ο εν τοις ουρανοίς, αγιασθήτω το όνομα σου, ελθέτω η βασιλεία σου, γενηθήτω το θέλημα σου, ως εν ουρανώ, και επί της γης. Τον άρτον ημών τον επιούσιον δός ημίν σήμερον, και άφες ημίν τα οφειλήματα ημών, ως και ημείς αφίεμεν τοις οφειλέταις ημών, και μη εισενέγκης ημάς εις πειρασμόν, αλλά ρύσαι ημάς από του πονηρού.

Ότι σου εστιν η βασιλεία και η δύναμις και η δόξα, του Πατρός, και του Υιού, και του Αγίου Πνεύματος, νυν και αεί, και εις τους αιώνας των αιώνων.

Αμήν.

Μετά   πνευμάτων   δικαίων   τετελειωμένων,   την ψυχήν του δούλου  σου,  Σώτερ, ανάπαυσον, φυλάττων αυτήν εις την μακαρίαν ζωήν, την παρά σοι, φιλάνθρωπε.

Εις την κατάπαυσιν σου, Κύριε, όπου πάντες οι Αγίοι σου  αναπαύονται, ανάπαυσον και   την ψυχήν του δούλου σου, ότι μόνος υπάρχεις αθά­νατος.

Δόξα Πατρί, και Υιώ, και Αγίω Πνεύματι.

Συ ει ο Θεός ημών, ο καταβάς εις Άδην, και τας οδύνας λύσας των πεπεδημένων, αυτός και την ψυχήν του δούλου σου, Σώτερ, ανάπαυσον.

Και νυν και αεί, και εις τους αιώνας των αιώνων. Αμήν.

Η μόνη αγνή και άχραντος Παρθένος, η Θεόν αφράστως κυήσασα, πρέσβευε υπέρ του σωθήναι την ψυχήν του δούλου σου.

Ελέησον ημάς ο Θεός, κατά το μέγα έλεος σου, δεόμεθα σου, επάκουσον και ελέησον.

Κύριε ελέησον.

Έτι δεόμεθα υπέρ αναπαύσεως της ψυχής του κεκοιμημένου δούλου του Θεού [.....] και υπέρ του συγχωρηθήναι αυτού παν πλημμέλημα εκούσιον τε και ακούσιον.

Όπως Κύριος ο Θεός τάξη την ψυχήν αυτού ένθα οι Δίκαιοι αναπαύονται, τα ελέη του Θεού, την βασιλείαν των ουρανών, και άφεσιν των αυτού αμαρτιών, παρά Χριστώ τω αθανάτω Βασιλεί και θεώ ημών αιτησώμεθα.

Παράσχου Κύριε.
Του Κυρίου δεηθώμεν.
Κύριε ελέησον.
Ο Θεός των πνευμάτων και πάσης σαρκός, ο τον θάνατον καταπατήσας, τον δε διάβολον καταργήσας, και ζωήν τω κόσμω σου δωρησάμενος, αυτός, Κύριε, ανάπαυσον την ψυχήν του κεκοιμημένου δούλου σου [.....], εν τόπω φωτεινώ, εν τόπω χλοερώ, εν τόπω αναψύξεως, ένθα απέδρα οδύνη, λύπη και στεναγμός. Παν αμάρτημα το παρ’ αυτού πραχθέν εν λόγω ή έργω ή διανοία, ως αγαθός και φιλάνθρωπος Θεός, συγχώρησον ότι ουκ έστιν άνθρωπος, ος ζήσεται και ουχ αμαρτήσει, συ γαρ μόνος εκτός αμαρτίας υπάρχεις, η δικαιοσύνη σου δικαιοσύνη εις τον αιώνα, και ο νόμος σου αλήθεια.
Ότι συ ει η ανάστασις, η ζωή, και η ανάπαυσις του κεκοιμημένου δούλου σου [.....], Χριστέ ο Θεός ημών, και σοι την δόξαν αναπέμπομεν, συν τω ανάρχω σου Πατρί, και τω παναγίω και αγαθώ και ζωοποιώ σου Πνεύματι, νυν και αεί και εις τους αιώνας των αιώνων.
Αμήν.
Δόξα σοι ο Θεός ημών, δόξα σοι.
Ο και νεκρών και ζώντων την εξουσίαν έχων, ως αθάνατος Βασιλεύς, και αναστάς εκ νεκρών Χριστός ο αληθινός Θεός ημών, ταις πρεσβείαις της παναχράντου και παναμώμου αγίας αυτού μητρός, των αγίων, ενδόξων και πανευφήμων Αποστόλων, των οσίων και θεοφόρων Πατέρων ημών, των αγίων ενδόξων προπατόρων Αβραάμ, Ισαάκ και Ιακώβ, του αγίου και δικαίου φίλου αυτού Λαζάρου του τετραημέρου και πάντων των Αγίων, την ψυχήν του εξ ημών μεταστάντος δούλου αυτού (.....) εν σκηναίς δικαίων τάξαι, εν κόλποις Αβραάμ αναπαύσαι, και μετα αγίων συναριθμήσαι, ημάς δε ελεήσαι ως αγαθός και φιλάνθρωπος.
Αιωνία σου η μνήμη, αξιομακάριστε και αείμνηστε αδελφέ ημών. [3]

TRISAGION FOR THE DEAD

PRIEST

Blessed is our God always, now and for ever: world without end.

Amen.

O Holy God, Holy and Strong, Holy and Immortal, have mercy upon us. (3)

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, now and for ever, world without end. Amen.

Most Holy Trinity, have mercy upon us; O Lord, cleanse us from our sins; O Master, pardon our transgressions; O Holy One, visit and heal our infirmities, for Thy Name’s sake.

Kyrie eleison or Lord have mercy. [3]

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, now and for ever: world without end. Amen.

Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, in earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive them that trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

For Thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory, of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, now and for ever: world without end.

Amen.

Together with the spirits of the righteous made perfect, give rest to the soul[s] of Thy servant[s], O Saviour; and preserve it [them] in that life of blessedness near to thee, O Lover of mankind.

In the place of Thy rest, O Lord, where all the saints repose, give rest also to the soul[s] of Thy servant[s], for Thou only art Immortal.

Glory to the Father, and to the Son. And to the Holy Spirit.

Thou art our God, who didst descend into Hades, and didst loose the pains of those held captive: do Thou also give rest to the soul[s] of Thy servant[s], O Saviour.

Now and for ever: world without end. Amen.

O Virgin, who alone art pure and immaculate, and didst mystically bring forth God, intercede for the salvation of the

soul[s] of thy servant[s].

Have mercy upon us, O God, according to Thy great mercy; we pray Thee, hear us and have mercy.

Kyrie eleison.

Again we pray for the repose of the soul[s] of the departed servant[s] of God [name(s)], and for the forgiveness of his [her, their] every transgression, voluntary and involuntary.

Let the Lord God establish his [her, their] soul[s] where the just repose; the mercies of God, the kingdom of the heavens, and the remission of his [her, their] sins, let us beseech of Christ, our immortal King and our God.

Grant us, O Lord.

Let us pray unto the Lord.

Kyrie eleison.

O God of all spirits and of every flesh, who didst trample down death and didst overcome the devil, bestowing life to this world; do Thou, O Lord, give rest to the soul[s] of Thy departed servant[s] [name(s)] in a place of light, in a place of green pasture, in a place of refreshment, from whence pain, sorrow and

mourning have fled away. Every sin committed by him [her, them] in thought, word or deed, do Thou as our good and man-befriending God forgive: for there is no man that shall live and not sin, Thou alone art without sin. Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is truth.

For Thou art the resurrection, the life and the repose of Thy departed servant[s] [name(s)], O Christ our God, and to Thee we ascribe glory, together with Thine eternal Father and Thine all-holy, good and life-giving Spirit, now and for ever: world without end.

Amen.

Glory be to Thee, O our God, glory be to Thee.

May He, who as the immortal King, hath dominion over the living and the dead and is risen from the dead, Christ our true God, by the prayers of His most holy Mother; of the holy and all-glorious Apostles; of our holy God-bearing Fathers; of the holy and glorious forefathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; of his holy and righteous friend Lazarus the four days dead; and of all the saints, assign to the dwelling place of the righteous the soul of his departed servant (…..)  who has departed from us, grant it rest in the bosom of Abraham and number it among the righteous, and may he have mercy upon us, for He is good and loving-kind.

Everlasting be thy [your] memory, O our brother [sister, brethren], who art worthy of blessedness and eternal memory. [3]

Everlasting be the memory, everlasting be the memory, everlasting be his [her, their] memory.

By the prayers of our holy fathers, Lord Jesus Christ our God, have mercy upon us and save us.
