Afternoon Father, my boy wants to do the final 2 weeks of fasting and he wants to do the full thing as in cut everything out, I'm trying to put him off because the thought of him going to bed hungry is killing me, I've tried telling him to just cut out meat for now but he's as stubborn as me, am I being to over protective or should I let him go for it
Answer to Question 310
Fasting does not mean starvation. He can still eat all the protein and vitamins required by a growing boy to stay healthy. Anyway isn't your boy about 18?
Same member He's 20 and do not make fun of me, I can't help it
Reply I'm not making fun of you, but I can't help laughing and at the same time appreciate that you are a concerned parent. But let your son grow up
