When someone hurts you why do we have to wait till the after life? We won't know what's happened to them we need to see now.
Answer to Question 264
The Christian teaching is that we do not repay evil with evil. We do not relish in the idea of revenge. Christ said that we must love our enemies and pray for them. Every human being whether good or bad is a child of God and our brother. if Satan has influenced our brother to do evil shouldn't we rather pray that he is released from this evil and find himself back to God's loving care?
